# About ovgamma

ovgamma builds AI voice and WhatsApp agents that qualify inbound sales enquiries
for UAE businesses, with a dedicated offering for Dubai real-estate brokerages.

## What we do

A brokerage receives an enquiry from a portal, a campaign, or its own site.
ovgamma calls that lead within minutes, holds a real conversation in the lead's
own language, captures the facts a broker needs, and hands the outcome to the
CRM and calendar the team already runs on. The human closes; the agent removes
the wait and the note-taking.

## Why inbound only

Dubai's outbound marketing rules are strict, and for good reason. ovgamma only
calls people who contacted the business first. There is no cold-call list
product, and there never will be. Calling windows follow TDRA rules, and the agent
discloses that it is an AI whenever it is asked.

## How we build

The stack is deliberately boring where it needs to be: telephony and speech
vendors that are swappable, per-brokerage configuration rather than per-campaign
scripts, and a written record of every conversation that a compliance officer
can read. Captured facts are structured — intent, budget band, timeline, area —
so a broker can act on them without listening to a recording.

ovgamma is based in Dubai and serves customers across the United Arab Emirates.
Conversations run in Arabic, English, Russian, and Hindi.
