# Privacy policy

This policy explains what ovgamma collects through this website and through the
voice and messaging agents it operates for its customers.

## Website visitors

The site sets one first-party analytics cookie, and only after you accept it in
the consent banner. Decline it and the site works exactly the same. No
advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set at any time.

If you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, and message
you typed, and we use them to reply to your enquiry and nothing else.

## Lead conversations

When a brokerage uses ovgamma, ovgamma processes the lead's phone number, the
call audio and its transcript, and the facts captured during qualification —
intent, budget band, timeline, and area preference. In that relationship the
brokerage is the controller of the data and ovgamma is its processor: the
brokerage decides why the data is held and for how long, within the retention
limits configured for its account.

Call recordings and transcripts are personal data under the UAE Personal Data
Protection Law. They are stored encrypted, access is limited to the brokerage's
own users and to ovgamma staff who need it to operate the service, and they are
deleted at the end of the retention period agreed with the brokerage.

## Calling rules

ovgamma calls only leads who contacted the brokerage first. Calls are placed
inside the hours permitted by the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government
Regulatory Authority, and numbers are screened against the Do Not Call Registry
before dialling. The agent identifies itself as an AI when asked.

## Sharing

Data is shared with the infrastructure providers needed to deliver the service —
telephony, speech processing, and hosting — under contract, and with the
brokerage that owns the lead. It is not sold, and it is not used to train
third-party models.

## Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it
to be deleted. Write to hello@ovgamma.com and say which you want. If the request
concerns a conversation with a brokerage that uses ovgamma, we will pass it to
that brokerage as the controller and tell you who they are.

## Changes

Material changes to this policy are published on this page with a new effective
date.
