What happens to a property enquiry after hours

Buyers search for property at night. This guide follows one enquiry sent at 11:47pm, from the first WhatsApp reply to the call, and explains what happens when nobody picks up.

The timeline

  1. At 11:47pm, the lead gets a WhatsApp reply straight away. WhatsApp replies are not limited by calling hours.
  2. The call waits for UAE TDRA calling hours. The agent places the qualification call the moment those hours open.
  3. If the call is not answered, the lead gets a WhatsApp message from your number. The message comes from your own number, and replies show up in your dashboard next to the call record.
  4. The result goes to your broker and CRM. The record includes what the lead said, and the next step they chose.
